Hello Nate - thank you for taking the time to review and your feedback. Winter months are tough because with freezing temperatures we must take great care to ensure the safety of every customer that comes through our wash and this includes inspecting our wraps frequently to ensure that they have not frozen. Our teams do their best to stay on top of this and when the wraps do show signs of freeze we will need to temporarily close the doors to heat the wraps so that we can reopen and begin washing. This process takes about 20 minutes and then we can reopen and begin washing cars again. We never wish to turn any customer away, but our customers trust us with one of their biggest investments so we must do everything possible to ensure they can safely wash at our locations. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused you and hope to better serve you in the future.
