This Company is an absolute joke. They tell me to provide them something. I provide it, and then they ask me for something else. They move the goal post over and over. I had to attend two separate meetings with the Geeksquade at BestBuy because the people at Squaretrade failed to tell me what I needed to get from the Geeksquade the first time. I've been going through the claims process for over a month now with no resolution in sight. Save yourself the money and headache and don't waste your time with these fake protection plans. Honestly, I believe this company's tactics constitute bad faith in relation to the coverage of legitimate claims.
