Refund now received thank you

Rogue traders
Due to our holiday been cancelled we have asked Chronomics many times to cancel our order and not to post the kits out to us and to process a refund (£70.00)
Today they have sent me a email to say that the tests have been sent out which will now result in NO refund
TUI are advertising Chronomics as their testing partners and should be ashamed of themselves. Chronomics are a cowboy company and NOT to be trusted in any way or form AVOID THEM

Tui testing partners Chronomics

Tui testing partners Chronomics
Due to the ongoing covid tests etc we decided to move our holiday to June 2022
We booked 2 day two PCR testing kits (£70.00) with Chronomice ( TUI official testing partners) for our December holiday and have been trying to cancel these but without any success
All orders placed with Chronomics has a 14 day cancellation cooling off period and our order was cancelled well within this period and well before the testing kits would be posted out
We are totally angry that TUI can recommend this company and call them their testing partners when they have 88% negative feedback on Trust Pilot
We hope that TUI will assist us in getting our money back and recommend a better testing partner

No Refund for Day 2 PCR tests
Due to the ongoing covid testing regulations etc we decided to change our holiday with TUI to June 2022
We had ordered 2 day two PCR from Chronomics on TUI recommendations ( their official testing partners)
The order has a 14 day cancellation cooling off period and our order was cancelled well within this period and well before the testing kits was due to be posted out but we are having NO luck in obtaining the refund for the £70.00 that we paid
Chronomics has 88% Negative reviews and we are amazed that TUI recommend this company and call them their testing partners.
Avoid this company and please read all the reviews left on Trust Pilot before you lose your money

Re Popla`s reply to my review. They say that are able to cancel the parking ticket issued by Euro car parks then I ask why they never did this Infact looking through all the reviews left by others it appears that have not cancelled a single one and this is pretty obvious as the car parking companies pay them

Hi Barry, It is up to the parking operator whether or not they cancel the PCN or not. When an appeal reaches us, we may refer it back to the parking operator, depending on the situation) to review and decide whether they wish to continue pursuing charges or not based on the circumstances. However, this is completely at their discretion, if they choose not to pursue the charge then the PCN will be cancelled and if they choose to continue to pursue the charges then we will conduct the investigation and decide whether the appeal should be upheld. Don`t waist you time with them as they…

Don`t waist you time with them as they are absolutely useless and always work in favour of the car parking companies, My appeal with them ended up with me having to pay a £100 fine against £60 if i had paid the fine earlier
This company should be abolished ASAP

Hi Barry, We are sorry that we were unable to uphold your complaint. Whilst we can't stop the Parking operator from pursuing charges during your appeal with us, Your 14 day early-settlement period will not be extended or paused. Once the 14 day period has passed, you will be liable to pay the full parking charge notice should your appeal be unsuccessful.

Total crap courier service

Total crap courier service, waited in all day for a delivery which never happened then i received a email next day saying "sorry that they missed you and a calling card was left" this is all LIES as we waited in all day and a calling card was never left, well not at my address
Would avoid using DX Express due to Lies
