Don`t waist you time with them as they are absolutely useless and always work in favour of the car parking companies, My appeal with them ended up with me having to pay a £100 fine against £60 if i had paid the fine earlier
This company should be abolished ASAP

Whilst we can't stop the Parking operator from pursuing charges during your appeal with us, Your 14 day early-settlement period will not be extended or paused. Once the 14 day period has passed, you will be liable to pay the full parking charge notice should your appeal be unsuccessful.
