Hi Barry, It is up to the parking operator whether or not they cancel the PCN or not. When an appeal reaches us, we may refer it back to the parking operator, depending on the situation) to review and decide whether they wish to continue pursuing charges or not based on the circumstances. However, this is completely at their discretion, if they choose not to pursue the charge then the PCN will be cancelled and if they choose to continue to pursue the charges then we will conduct the investigation and decide whether the appeal should be upheld.
