Total mess they are in, i now have 3 parcels in 3 weeks that have gone astray. The company are fine until something goes wrong and then they do not want to know or assist is resolving the issues. Sadly i have now reverted back to Royal Mail for my custom

Yet again Evri have failed to deliver my parcel. Was promised a call by 10am this morning if the parcel had not yet been delivered and a update on the location of the item. NO call came and NO updates
Will revert back to Royal Mail as Evri must be the worst courier ever
NO body ever calls you back or responds to emails
I would advise anyone NOT to use this courier

Again i have had to purchase a new starter kit as all the ones that i had previously bought are leaking after a short period of time and now the latest purchase is now leaking after only 4 days of use. I have contacted 88 vape and hope that they can resolve the problem and compensate me for all my losses

The last clearomizers (5) that i have purchased from various outlets have all leaked after 2 days and have ruined the batteries and have had to throw the whole vape pens away leaving me out of pocket

Again and Again parcels are been lost and undelivered (Even with tracking) and now Royal Mail are advising that it takes 10 working days before they will accept a claim and then 30 days to process the claim before any compensation is paid
They must be inundated with these customer claims as undelivered and lost mail is at it`s worst ever

Royal Mail service is absolutely appalling these days and needs investigating as Parcels are just not been delivered
I hate to say this but private couriers are now offering a better service

Have been emailing Hays travel customer service trying to get our E-tickets for our upcoming cruise but never get any reply whatsoever.
To call them on the phone is a premium rate number and how long you will be waiting for your call to be answered could be a long time and costly
For bookings the telephone and emails are answered instantly pitty they can`t put this practice into customer services

They sold us tickets that was not valid for travel and asked us to return them followed by a refund been refused. we have been requesting for 4 weeks now that the tickets be returned to us but this has not happened all the responses we get are lies
