I watched the drama "I fought the law" and must complement the writer of this drama as it was a pleasure to watch as this was one of the few dramas that contained no foul language

Total mess they are in

Total mess they are in, i now have 3 parcels in 3 weeks that have gone astray. The company are fine until something goes wrong and then they do not want to know or assist is resolving the issues. Sadly i have now reverted back to Royal Mail for my custom

Yet again Evri have failed to deliver…

Yet again Evri have failed to deliver my parcel. Was promised a call by 10am this morning if the parcel had not yet been delivered and a update on the location of the item. NO call came and NO updates
Will revert back to Royal Mail as Evri must be the worst courier ever
NO body ever calls you back or responds to emails
I would advise anyone NOT to use this courier

88 Vape are very helpful in resolving my complaint

Again i have had to purchase a new starter kit as all the ones that i had previously bought are leaking after a short period of time and now the latest purchase is now leaking after only 4 days of use. I have contacted 88 vape and hope that they can resolve the problem and compensate me for all my losses

88 vape are very helpful in resolving my complaint

The last clearomizers (5) that i have purchased from various outlets have all leaked after 2 days and have ruined the batteries and have had to throw the whole vape pens away leaving me out of pocket
The problem needs addressing by 88 vape asap to avoid losing customers and negative feedbacks

Tried to find out how the rollover pages work, but customer services just disconnect me when i ask the question

HP Instant Ink allows you to roll over unused pages - up to triple your plan pages. You can keep up to the limit when you change to a lower page plan. So for example, if you downgrade to the 50 page per month plan, you would be able to keep up to 150 rollover pages that you've accrued.

Again and Again parcels are been lost…

Again and Again parcels are been lost and undelivered (Even with tracking) and now Royal Mail are advising that it takes 10 working days before they will accept a claim and then 30 days to process the claim before any compensation is paid
They must be inundated with these customer claims as undelivered and lost mail is at it`s worst ever

Customer service non-exsistant
Have been emailing Hays travel customer service trying to get our E-tickets for our upcoming cruise but never get any reply whatsoever.
To call them on the phone is a premium rate number and how long you will be waiting for your call to be answered could be a long time and costly
For bookings the telephone and emails are answered instantly pitty they can`t put this practice into customer services

Very unprofessional company when if…

Very unprofessional company when if comes to any issue with any tickets that they sell
They sold us tickets that was not valid for travel and asked us to return them followed by a refund been refused. we have been requesting for 4 weeks now that the tickets be returned to us but this has not happened all the responses we get are lies
would avoid Trainline at all costs

Trainline sold us tickets that was NOT valid for travel and we had to pay an excess fare of £36.

This company is an absolute disgrace. We are going on a cruise next month booked through Cruise Nation and have been trying to get help from them regarding the Covid tests required to board the ship but they dont even reply to our emails
Would advise that you avoid this company

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Used cruise nation for the first time and will not use them again as they was not at all helpful when the cruise line made a significant change to our cruise
Trying to speak to anyone on the phone is almost impossible and email replies are quite abrupt
