A big thank you to the Monzo team who helped me with a fraudulent case. Fantastic communication,swift action and never a judgement as I did feel guilty not realising I had been scammed. Thank you to the whole team who looked after me and solved the case very quickly.
On 30th September I decided to accept a pupil (my first one) and saw on the website that I needed to set up a bank card to get paid. I used the live chat to ask a few questions and one of the answers was that NO money would be taken out. After waiting a long time for things to be set up, I authorised my card details to be set up and to my SHOCK money was taken out. I was then told that in order to get my money back I needed to put more in ( I used a card with a minimum amount of money in the account). I did not put any extra money back in. The chat was then ended as "resolved"-which it was not. I contacted the help centre several times,got a couple of responses,one asking to confirm the email I use as a tutor. Since that email (4th Oct) I have heard NOTHING. I have contacted my bank.

I am usually VERY happy with Evri but the wrong label was emailed to me and thus my parcel not collected. Tried the chat box-automated and very frustrating. Query opened. Not heard anything apart from having to give my address again. I decided to rebook the collection for the 26th Aug.,got a confirmation email but the parcel is still in my porch the day after. NO communication from Evri.Have they cancelled the 2nd collection?

Great communication. Fast delivery. Very happy with the product. I went for 1/2 a aize smaller than I size as I know that Supergas are generous with sizes. So I chose a 5 1/2 for my size 6. They are comfortable and the sole is nice and thick.

Ordered the shoes online. All was easy. Size was true to mine. The loafers are so light, stylish and so soft. I would have preferred the delivery to be slightly cheaper.
