Terrible customer support.
On 30th September I decided to accept a pupil (my first one) and saw on the website that I needed to set up a bank card to get paid. I used the live chat to ask a few questions and one of the answers was that NO money would be taken out. After waiting a long time for things to be set up, I authorised my card details to be set up and to my SHOCK money was taken out. I was then told that in order to get my money back I needed to put more in ( I used a card with a minimum amount of money in the account). I did not put any extra money back in. The chat was then ended as "resolved"-which it was not. I contacted the help centre several times,got a couple of responses,one asking to confirm the email I use as a tutor. Since that email (4th Oct) I have heard NOTHING. I have contacted my bank.
