Damaged item dispatched

I ordered a plywood door that cost £170. I kept it secure on the delivery pallet awaiting installation as I didn't want it to get damaged. It was wrapped up and very secure, with no damage to the packaging. When the carpenter opened it on installation day it was damaged in so many places, gauges out of it, damaged edges. The carpenter had to fill and sand to make it it an acceptable quality to hang. It was obviously sent out that way from the warehouse. I couldn't believe they would charge that much money and think it acceptable to send out such a poor quality item. When I contacted them they used the 'you should have looked at it on arrival' technicality to avoid giving me a reduced price as it was such poor quality. I was just offered a £35 good will credit. I won't be using them again, £35 credit or not. I don't pay for poor quality.

I can update that I was contacted by the Builder Depot after I gave the review and they helped with my grievance. They offered me a 25% refund on the door, which I was relatively happy with, as I used the door, even though it needed a lot more work to get it looking good. I increased the review to 2 stars

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. Great product. I’m absolutely thrilled with my smoke grey triple door slider wardrobe. Workmanship is superb. Totally professional. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong. Joined because apparently supportive of green energy. Only to find they just out me on flexible Octopus. I asked to transfer my solar panel FIT. Few emails, nothing actioned. My bills were not updating on the app. I ended up in 2300 of debt, in wait for it, 4 months! I cook, wash( no tumble) and use lights, and charge my ar once a week. 3 bed bungalow with solar. Not buckingham palace. My bills doubled from when I was with OVO. £500 a month! I phoned about my electric car charging only to be told my car/charger was not eligible for one tarrif, but was for another. The one where I get 4 hrs of charging from 12.30am to 4.30am So to get it I need to set my alarm for 12.25 each night. I go to bed at 10, as most do in the week when you work full time, to access it. Very convenient Octopus. I'm apalled by the service. No idea who is having a good experience.

Looking into this as you are not on an EV Charging tariff the cost is a lot higher.
I’ve contacted you directly to understand when you bought your EV and how long you have been charging this on a normal rate.

Customer service ' shrug of shoulders'…

Customer service ' shrug of shoulders' is a good description. Shoes have not turned up yet, neary 2 weeks. I ordered for an occasion and looks like it will miss. Directed to tracking link which says nothing more than shoes in a warehouse, not moved for days- took it back to customer service. ''I know nothing' response. This company is likely to fail if theykeep this up. Shoes look great onine but if they don't turn up and customer service is rubbish little point in their existance

Bought a Congo has stopped working and…

Bought a Congo has stopped working and it’s still in warranty. I’ve filled out 4 forms to try and get it refunded or fixed. They won’t do it because I can’t get it picked up in Spain. Obviously cecotec haven’t heard of the post. They refuse point blank to let me send it to them. It’s so ridiculous. So I’m stuck with a useless item that I paid a lot for. Never again. Not a good company. Three case numbers 01707162, 01845568, 01848385. A solution would be very much appreciated. I’m still waiting Cecotec

Did absolute Abs today 30 min class

Did absolute Abs today 30 min class. I love the 30 min class length. I did hear classes are normally an hour. Personally I’m far more inclined to go to a 30 min class as I combine it with gym work too. Keep it the same I say short sharp intense suits me
