The itinerary and bulb fields etc were great.
Unfortunately, the company chose a hotel (not a particularly good one, I think we had the worst rooms they had on offer) that was a good 2 hours drive away each way from every site making it very long days for all the (mostly elderly) passengers.
The restaurant staff for breakfast not helpful at all.
The office staff, too, were less than help.
The pickup on the day of departure very poor, taxi driver did not know where to go.
On the whole quite disappointing

Still can't get it right
I was charged for an engineer visit that was necessary owing to faulty TalkTalk equipment.
Despite reassurances that this charge would be removed from my account I have now found that the amount has been debited from my bank account.
Not only do you get very poor service from this "service?" provider and you have to constantly chase them to ensure that their "promises" are kept.

Extremely disgusting service (if it can be called that)
I had no internet service from 10 October, 2023, onwards.
Despite many hours talking to the TalkTalk call team, I could not get connected.
During all this time, I was relying on the goodwill of neighbours and family to try and carry out an internet tasks.
As yet, I have received no compensation for this loss of service.
An engineer visit was required and I was advised of the terms and conditions (£75 charge). Obviously, I had no choice but to agree.
The engineer who who called reassured me that there would be no charge as it was clearly a fault with the TalkTalk equipment.
I have now received a bill, charging me for the service visit.
As my wife has recently been in hospital, I have not had time to follow this up with the call team and if my previous experience is anything to go by, I cannot see this being resolved with a phone call.

these days of hardship we are all looking to help our limited budgets.
As I have an electric car I thought I would call Shell energy (already their customer) to see if I can get a better deal.
The normal number, 03300945800 transferred me to a tariff department. Both operators quite helpful but could not answer my query.
I was given another number, 03300949182 to call - they could not transfer me.
Held on for over 15 minutes but no reply, useless information on the web-site.
Are Shell really interested in their customers needs or just in making profits?

Great advertising re drop in prices etc - all prices (various colours) shown as £29.95 yet when you come to order the price suddenly elevates to nearly £70.
Queried this with them, apparently the discount only applies to one dull colour.
Very confusing and not a great way to do business.

The "customer service advisor?", Chris, that I spoke to this morning. refused to do anything unless I could produce proof of purchase, this despite the fact that I had the bar code etc off the box.

When I tried to track my delivery, it showed as "refused package".
Could not understand as we had been home all day.
Further investigation showed the address as "home, S* T* D*, P***".
No house number. How the driver could have classified this as "package refused" is beyond me.
There was a contact telephone number shown, why did he/she just not call?!!
The delivery had already cost me and I had expected better.
After some "discussion" with the delivery company I did manage to get it delivered.

Delivery was fine but the organisation…
Delivery was fine but the organisation is pretty poor.
At the time of purchase, I was advised that I would receive 48 hours notice of the delivery date. This was not the case.
They asked me for a suitable time but then turned up at a time to suit them.
The driver did keep me updated on the day.
When they arrived I was told that it door-step delivery only. I had already explained to Webbs that we are elderly and was reassured that the items would be placed in the room where we required them.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
I was given wrong advice when trying to make a withdrawal from my pension. As a consequence, I suffered stress owing to lack of funds.
All this happened whilst I was overseas and found it hard to communicate with them.
I certainly will not be advising my friends and family to invest with this company and will not make any more payments into my pension scheme.
Had I known of trust pilot reviews for them, I never would have started.

Disgusting customer service
Whilst I have been a customer of Shell Energy (not out of choice, referred back to them after the collapse of the energy companies) I have had several issues which remain outstanding.
I have now been advised that there is no "time scale" for when matters will be resolved whilst customer services inform me that "there is no outstanding issue" and they will close my complaint.
I have spent many hours chasing Shell to get nowhere.
Can they ever get anything right?

ZERO
I was diverted back to Shell after my previous company unfortunately went under.
Since then I have had many problems and it has taken me a lot of long telephone calls and written complaints to get to the stage I am currently at.
Unfortunately, Shell are still letting me down.
Months ago I applied for a dual rate meter but am still waiting.
Every time I contact Shell I am told that they are waiting for the metering team to get back to them. What has happened to doing a follow-up on outstanding cases. A lady rang me saying that she was taking ownership of my query and would ensure that matters were dealt with but as yet no news.
Shell may be making billions in profit but when it comes to looking after their customers I can honestly say that they earn a big fat ZERO.

DISGUSTED, a scam
I placed an order with this company on 20.1.22.
All sweetness and reassurance that there would be no problems.
Delivery was promised by the end of March. Now almost the end of April and no delivery.
My emails and phone calls go unanswered.
I think I have lost my money, being a pensioner on a limited income (the item was a wedding present, had to disappoint the couple), I am disgusted that this company is defrauding people.

Joined in February. The person concerned got himself into a mess.
I ended up with 2 different numbers but was reassured that 1 would be cancelled. Still had 2 lots of subs debited from my a/c.
3 weeks later still waiting for refund. takes over 30 mins a time to get through. cannot email them as their service provider keeps rejecting the mail.
Not everything I have paid for has been sent out
Absolutely disgusted. Are these really the people who are going to assist me with booking sites etc
