Disgusted
Had my front door fitted by them following a break-in. Used them as recommended by the insurance company so thought they would be good.
Could have not been more wrong. Extremely poor service, telephone & workmanship. the whole episode lasted from May until September when I gave up on them as I was just going round in circles.
Fortunately, my insurance company took a second look at my claim. I am now having to re-replace the door
I wrote to Evander on 21.12.20 asking for compensation (as promised by customer service- a laugh in itself as they don't know the meaning) and a refund of costs paid directly to them.
Now 21.1.2021, so far no reply, by letter, email or telephone. Much as I expected.
