I recently completed my ITIL 4 Foundation course with NILC, and I can confidently say it was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. From registration to course delivery, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally.

The trainers were knowledgeable, engaging, and very supportive throughout the learning process. The course materials were clear, well-structured, and practical — which made understanding ITIL concepts much easier.

A special mention to Karim, who has been incredibly supportive and responsive at every step. His guidance made the whole process effortless, from course enrollment to certification updates.

I’m really impressed by NILC’s dedication to learner success and how approachable the entire team is. I’m already looking forward to continuing my learning journey with them for PRINCE2 Agile and PRINCE2 Foundation.

NILC have been very helpful and arranged funding for me to attend the PRINCE2 Foundation course. Their customer service was excellent with prompt responses and the tutor who was very knowledgeable made an intense topic very enjoyable. Looking forward to applying for Practitioner

The exam process was clear and not overcomplicated. The Exam Proctor was very polite and provided clear instructions on how the exam process would be conducted. The user experience for the training resources for the course was a bit overcomplicated and has room for improvement. The instructions were not provided to access the ebook for the ITIL Course and it took some time for me to navigate through multiple sections to find it. It would have been better if the ebook was included in the one zip file document provided.

Really enjoyed the course, have already enrolled for level 2.

I recently attended Jonathan Pollinger’s course on 15/10/2025 for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Advanced Users, and it was exceptional. The session was engaging, exciting, and went beyond simply showcasing Copilot’s features. Jonathan provided a comprehensive overview of other key tools, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each.
In a technology landscape that evolves so rapidly, Jonathan delivered up-to-date insights on features and best practices. The training was interactive, with practical use cases that sparked genuine enthusiasm and made the content highly relevant.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot. I’ve already shared the experience with colleagues across the business.

I really enjoyed Jonathan Pollinger's AI training session. He's extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot. It was really useful to pick up some real-life applications and I made lots of notes! As I missed the end of the session due to a prior appointment it was really helpful to be able to watch the replay, which I have done today.

The tutor Tony was great, highly knowledgeable, very easy going and patient.
Karim was extremely helpful when organising the courses and funding.
It was a great course, I highly recommend it.
