I’m so sorry once again for the frustration with the website build process.

As you & I discussed at the time, we spent 6 months working on the website with your colleague Carron, delivering the exact design & functionality both parties agreed to prior to going ahead with the project.

When you replaced Carron 6 months in, you asked us for a different design, change to the navigation and critically, inclusion of an advanced bespoke eCommerce functionality that, alone, was significantly more expensive to deliver than the first 6 months of work combined.

I’m sorry you felt the need to leave this review, we tried everything to make it work for you when your brief changed mid way through the project however the additional eCommerce functionality you required is not something we could deliver in your budget.

We understand how frustrating this must have been. I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you have been able to find the right website provider to deliver your custom eCommerce requirements.

I sincerely apologise for the delay with your collection and the frustration this has caused. A booking link was previously sent to arrange the collection, but as a collection was not booked, the service was automatically removed by the courier.

To resolve this, a new booking link has been sent to you via text today. Please use this to schedule your collection at a time that works for you. As soon as the mattress is collected and received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
