Toolkit Website designers are a small friendly team. This is the second website that they have designed for me. They work very professionally yet without losing the one to one client contact and are genuinely great at managing their client relationships. I was assigned a lovely designer, Emily. She worked efficiently and patiently to build the site. We worked together and she really helped bring my website to life. She understood exactly what I wanted to reflect and chose some beautiful graphics to help polish the end result. I am delighted at the finished website. The team are always positive about supporting their clients and showed a real interest in meeting my specifications and website objectives. Toolkit Website has recently redeveloped our company website. They offered us fantastic support and communication throughout, James and Emily have been amazing and always on hand for any questions we had. Very happy with the end result.

I worked with Emily Sherlock on redesigning my website and logo. My original website was 7 years old and it required significant changes. We worked on the colour theme, logo and the layout of the information. I provided Emily with the text, and she placed it within the website. Emily is easy to work and is a fantastic website designer.

Toolkit handled our website refresh and were excellent - the service was easy, efficient, great value for money and generated an excellent outcome. Really couldn't ask for more!

I have had my website with Toolkit Websites for around 8 years now, and just recently got back in touch for a redesign of my website to ‘bring it into the new age’ if you will.

My initial contact was with Dave, who took a dive into understanding myself and my business and my vision for the redesign of my website.

I was then introduced to Emily who, despite my perfectionism and continuous requests for tweaks to the design, was patient and understanding and helped me get my new website looking and functioning better than I could have ever imagined!

I have since made requests for changes to some of the text and images on my website (where I have struggled as I am not the most tech savvy), by which, via phone call and email, James and Taylor have been a great help, taking no longer than a day or two to have the changes made for me.

I have only have great things to say about the team over at Toolkit - would definitely recommend.

My time with Toolkit started with a phone call to David, the COO. He listened attentively to my needs and wants and knew exactly the kind of website I was after - with my website being very niche, I was impressed at how much knowledge he had about my industry and the questions he asked. I'd never felt more important in an initial phone call before.

I found their prices competitive and cheap and was guided through all of my options and was very clearly told what I'd be getting with each package option.

Once I'd picked the best one for me I was promptly moved on to my Project Manager Emily who I'd give 10 stars if I could. Emily managed me and my project with such care and enthusiasm I could only describe it as world class.

Emily made sure I was put in charge and was an incredible guide for me, she came to me with multiple design options every step of the way and made sure I knew what could be done within the scope of my site.

Everything was completed for me timely and efficiently and I love my website now it's finished, the developers and Emily did an amazing job and the customer service in general is second to none.

I first reached out to Toolkit over three years ago, shortly after founding my company, with the intention of having them design our website. Like many new businesses, the early stages were full of challenges, and with the constant stream of work coming through the door, the website naturally took a back seat.

Over time, I was only able to drip-feed information to the Toolkit team, never quite managing to provide a complete brief. Despite this, they remained patient and professional throughout. It wasn’t until recently that I finally pulled everything together and gave them what they needed to complete the design.

Emily has been instrumental in this journey—her encouragement, positivity, and unwavering professionalism kept me motivated when it would have been easier to let the website slide further. As a perfectionist, I’m very particular about detail and quality, and Emily ensured that every element met the highest standard, right up to the final touches.

The website itself features some sophisticated design elements that needed to work seamlessly across different screen sizes. Taylor and the development team have done an outstanding job bringing those ideas to life. The end result is something we’re incredibly proud of—and it stands as the largest investment we’ve made in our business to date.

We have been dealing with Toolkit since 2014 and have always found them professional and efficient with dealing with any development or hosting requirements.

Would not recommend Toolkit to anyone who is looking for professional website. Lots of hidden prices and not a lot can do. Just pay and get nothing: uses basic "cheap" looking templates. They are very good by sending an invoices for the job they did not do or did it not the way you ask.

Speculatively engaged with Toolkit several years ago and have never regretted it - a good service backed up by first class ongoing support.
