NEVER EVER AGAIN
Absolutely shocking poor quality and poot service. Bougt a mattress, spent around £900. On my 5th night was sleeping like in a ditch. Dormeo makes all difficult, not collecting mattress, no refunding the money. Waited for 11hours for someone to turn up for collection and no one did, no answers to any question.
PLEASE, JUST AVOID DORMEO UNLESS YOU LIKE PROBLEMS.

I sincerely apologise for the delay with your collection and the frustration this has caused. A booking link was previously sent to arrange the collection, but as a collection was not booked, the service was automatically removed by the courier.
To resolve this, a new booking link has been sent to you via text today. Please use this to schedule your collection at a time that works for you. As soon as the mattress is collected and received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
