DocDraft Won My Case For Me!

Got sued by some yahoo because I called him a white supremacist on Facebook. Was searching for blank court documents to fill out in response when I found DocDraft. Once I typed in all pertinent information, the results were AMAZING!! DocDraft gave me documents that would have taken me WEEKS to formulate properly It all looked and read like I'd had years of legal training.
The other party had NOTHING like DocDraft so, of course, I won my case handily. I also used the service to draft paperwork to stop the other party from harassing me and my family. DocDraft saved me HOURS/WEEKS of research, collating data and tedious typing. Got 100x's more value than the small fee they charge. Thank you, DocDraft!!

Write A Bad Review, Your Money Will Be Stolen

As with a lot of people, RebateKey was stalling with payments that should have been made on time. Had to write several times to get even the last payment they'd sent.
Wrote a review about it. RebateKey then suspended my account and now refuses to send the rest of the payouts, about $500.
REMEMBER: IF you have a complaint about RebateKey, get all your payouts FIRST. They'll cheat you, otherwise.
Now, I have to go to each individual seller to get my money back and make complaints to Amazon and Etsy about this fraudulent, shady group.

"Buy On Rebaid" Offers-- DON'T!

Their new "Buy on Rebaid" option is TERRIBLE! I do NOT recommend it until/unless they fix all the problems associated with it.
1) The system messed up a truly-wanted purchase of an Eddie Bauer camo backpack I tried to get. I requested assistance regarding it, and I was asked to wait a few more days for it to be fixed. However, by the time said fix occurred, the option to get the backpack was no longer available. Contacting the person who ASSURED me I would get it and that he'd keep the matter open until resolved was met with utter silence. Not even a tepid apology.

2) There is NOTHING on their website explaining that--
(a) MULTIPLE purchases would have to be made in order to receive any of the items;
(b) Paper SURVEYS- for each item!-- are mailed out with the items you purchase from them. They MUST be filled out and sent back before any rebate would be granted; and
(c) there's a 10 DAY wait before the system will even allow the buyer to SUBMIT the paperwork for said rebates! Looks like they're hoping most people will get frustrated and forget to claim the rebates.
(d) there's little options in returning the items if you don't want to bother with all the idiocy associated with getting rebates from them. While they're delivered from Amazon, your only point of contact is Rebaid.

3) When perusing the items listed as purchased from Rebaid direct, I can't locate HOW MANY of each were purchased (some items aren't limited to one per buyer). That would be helpful in tracking that the order received was correct.

Too many things wrong with this rollout. I even wrote all this to Rebaid last week. Got no response whatsoever. IF they ever get back with me about it, I'll edit my review.

They Honor Their Warranties

Bought a lovely purple box fan for my son nearly two years ago. It stopped working just a few days shy of the warranty limit. Wrote to Lasko.
I understand why they would want a photo of the cord cut as proof it no longer works, but it was still a bit of a hassle. Still, it didn't take long to finish the warranty fulfillment and get a replacement. They even checked back with me to make sure the replacement was received and working properly. I highly recommend their customer service and products.

Just As Bad The Second Time Around

SECOND REVIEW: Gave Rebate Key another chance. They failed. My last payout date was five days ago.. but it wasn't sent. Wrote to Rebate Key regarding the missed payment date. They asked for 48-72 hours to fix it. Today-- STILL no payment. Wrote to them again. They wrote back asking for "patience" in NOT paying out the money they owe me.
The BUYERS are expected to abide by the rules laid out. Obviously, Rebate Key have no such constrictions on doing the same. REALLY need to stay away from this site.

IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED RESPONSE FROM REBATE KEY, TO WIT: "... all payments are initiated as promised; however, the final settlement timeline is managed by the financial institutions involved.
This process is not something RebateKey can influence"

Obfuscating legalese:
This has NOTHING to do with any financial institution on MY end, obviously.
MY bank account has enough money to send out payments on a timely basis, and have NO problems receiving same.
Nobody's come clamoring at MY door because a negative balance causes problems with timely remittances, so -I- don't need to keep PROMISING payment but said payment remains unsent.

This is NOT the first or even second time this has happened. Buyers remit their purchase claims on time and should expect and receive all payouts ON TIME as contracted between RebateKey and us.

Sample Marketing Campaign Is Fake

There's a marketing campaign for people to email the company to receive a sample of their perfume sampleme at sanajardin dot com). I wrote to them, the email bounced back as 'undeliverable'.

So, I went to their website's customer service link and explained the situation, and that I was still interested in sampling their products.

They wrote back, ignoring the request for a sample and directed me to finding a local supplier of their product and see if I like them.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! One more company I won't be dealing with again.

Customer Service Could Use Better Training

I followed an ad to the website, and saw that their prices are the same as Amazon and HP when it comes to ink cartridges. But I was pleasantly surprised to see them offer a $10 discount on first purchases. So I ordered my ink using that discount.
Not five minutes later, I discovered I'd ordered the wrong type and cancelled the order.
However, when I went to order the correct one, the coupon was unavailable. I wrote their customer service explaining the mishap, asking for the discount to be applied to the correct items.
They quickly wrote back a very curt, not-pleasant response that they weren't going to do that. No alternative offered, either.

You'd think they'd want to work with a new customer and fix the small mistake. But NOPE!

I love giving business to small companies, but I'm giving this one a pass because of the very negative first and ONLY customer service experience.

THEY ALREADY KNEW MY SHIPMENT WAS FORBIDDEN, BUT CHARGED ME TO SHIP IT, ANYWAY

When MyUS receives a package to be forwarded to the UK, they're already fully aware of customs laws and regulations. SO WHY, after opening the package and receiving the invoice from Chewy.com, didn't they alert me to the fact that bovine bones meant for dogs WOULD NOT be allowed into the UK? They simply charged me $23.00 to get it there, then told me, AFTER it was stopped at the border, that I needed to work with FedEx to get it back and that it was my responsibility to have known it wasn't allowed.
They're SCAM ARTISTS! They only want to get paid the shipping fee, knowing beforehand that your package will be sent back.

BAD COMMUNICATION, TRIED TO CHEAT ME

Because I had an issue with a seller, All Deals suspended my account in December 2024, but NEVER let me know about it. Just let me keep on making purchases but never notified me I wouldn't be getting rebates for them.
I'd tried to get help with the seller issues, and All Deals asked me for "proof" I never got a product by sending them a photograph of my empty mailbox. I complied with the stupid request, anyway.
After not getting any help from their "chat" app, I finally put up a public complaint on their Community pages. Rather than make it right, they just blocked me on both the Community page and their Facebook member page.
It took me TWO MONTHS to get them to send my $1,642 in rebates owed to me, and ONLY after they made me send them screen shots of over 40 items marked as "delivered" before they did it.
I kept screenshots of most of our interaction, so they can't deny all this occurred just as I present it here.

Beware All Deals. If they cheat you, too, make sure the sellers know what they did and leave honest reviews on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and Target, making sure they know All Deals is the reason you left the review you did.
Rebate sites are great.. WHEN they're not cheating people. Let's keep them honest.

SONIC GIFT CARDS ARE A THIEVING SCAM!!

The REALLY bad customer service is bad enough, but their gift card scam is THE WORST!!
(1) If there isn't enough on a gift card to use for an order, you can't use it at all;
(2) You can't use what's left on the card and combine it with a debit/credit card to make up the difference and finish the order;
(3) You can't combine gift cards to use up the small amounts left on them for a single order;
(4) You're given the option to add money to the gift card to make it enough for the purchase... BUT then the system will experience "technical difficulties" so that you can't use the money you JUST put on the card!
(5) Calling their regular helpline does you no good. You have to call 877-828-7868 to angrily demand a refund on the gift card.

It's closed now, but I'll be calling first thing in the morning to get ALL the money back that I put on the card.
I AM SOOO DONE WITH SONIC'S THEFT!!

Addendum: Called the 877 number 09-12-24. Told they don't refund gift cards and I have to call the main number, which is where I got the 877 number from because THEY don't refund gift cards, either. SCAM!!

Porting Out Is The WORST Experience!

Data service is very slow in Wyoming, but I don't use it that much away from my own wifi so that hasn't really been an issue unless I'm trying to, say, log into an app for curbside pickup and it lags.
But the REALLY bad experience came while I was trying to port out to Union Wireless today. It dragged on for TWO HOURS (2pm-4pm) before we finally found out that Red Pocket can't port out my number until 9pm tonite... which means I won't have any cell service until tomorrow morning when Union Wireless can finish the order.

Yes, the service is cheap. But get ready for some REALLY bad customer service if you're porting your number out.

I'm going to remove my issues and condemnation of Rebate Key for now. They're under new management and seem like they really want to turn the site around.
I'm not going to change my rating until I see that things have gotten better under this new captainship.

I think your organization needs to rethink advertising items as "100% off" if the seller has hidden shipping fees, for starters. It only serves to seriously irritate your buyers to take the time to follow a link only to decline the offer when a $2.99 rebate requires a $5.99 shipping fee.

Almost Perfect

The only reason you don't get a full five stars is because of the issue of not removing offers that have been depleted. Refreshing the screen brings the item right back on the screen with the others, but it still shows as "Just missed it" if you click on it.

Other than that: YOU GUYS ROCK! I and my family thank you for a great experience on your site.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR REBATE SYSTEM!

While I totally appreciate the rebates and great deals, the rebate METHODS suck! I could see three weeks for mailing, but why would you take $1 to transfer the refund to the buyers' banks? We all know said transfers cost nothing today.
Once we've proven that we're trustworthy buyers, the system should become less onerous. It's one reason I don't come here very often.
