Customer Service Could Use Better Training
I followed an ad to the website, and saw that their prices are the same as Amazon and HP when it comes to ink cartridges. But I was pleasantly surprised to see them offer a $10 discount on first purchases. So I ordered my ink using that discount.
Not five minutes later, I discovered I'd ordered the wrong type and cancelled the order.
However, when I went to order the correct one, the coupon was unavailable. I wrote their customer service explaining the mishap, asking for the discount to be applied to the correct items.
They quickly wrote back a very curt, not-pleasant response that they weren't going to do that. No alternative offered, either.
You'd think they'd want to work with a new customer and fix the small mistake. But NOPE!
I love giving business to small companies, but I'm giving this one a pass because of the very negative first and ONLY customer service experience.
