Con artists
One of the worst companies ive ever had dealings with , sent me a towel but i was not in so the courier would not leave with my neighbour instead took it back , but never refunded full amount, so left me out of pocket , will never deal with the con artists again !!

Good afternoon Russell, As per previous correspondence our couriers can only deliver to the location that you have selected and if you require them to leave at another location this can be advised through the couriers website when you track your parcel. unfortunately we cannot surmise that the driver will leave somewhere else without clarification when you are not at home. in regards your refund i apologise that the postage was not refunded and have requested this to be processed today and you should receive confirmation of this. apologies for this misdemeanour.
