Hi Russell. We're sorry for the delays to the dispatch of your order. We were behind on orders following our busy period, but aimed to be as transparent about dispatch and shipping times as possible. In addition to this, we've had issues with couriers following the publicised Royal Mail strikes, which we understand isn't ideal.
