Customer Svc from Tile has descended to "sub-par"
Tile charged me $5 for shipping, but:
* the tracking tool sucks... it doesn't show details
* Customer Service sucks
* shipping will take 10 days. Not acceptable in 2024.

Tile charged me $5 for shipping, but:

Review of Paypal
Faced with fraud in my account, I tried to CLOSE my PayPal account, but it cannot be done in less than "2-3 days" according to PayPal "support" people.
I don't know if their systems are that bad, or if they're trying to block outflow of customers.
Either way, it's Un-Be-Lievable.
By the way, I had a PayPak account for 17 years and now it's good riddance.

The agents are pleasant, and they try to help, but they're supporting a product that's just so-so and they make a lot of excuses. I have a huge family tree, so I understand many of the software's drawbacks and regularly scheduled glitches.

MH Technical Support takes three weeks to answer an email, and at least two hours to answer the phone (if you call at the right time of day). Don't try the callback service, as I think they dump the queue when it gets too big. None of these complaints are from single experiences. The software itself works ... OK, but not the optional Android app. Use the Android app only for the simplest activities like checking somebody's birthday.
