MH Technical Support takes weeks…

MH Technical Support takes three weeks to answer an email, and at least two hours to answer the phone (if you call at the right time of day). Don't try the callback service, as I think they dump the queue when it gets too big. None of these complaints are from single experiences. The software itself works ... OK, but not the optional Android app. Use the Android app only for the simplest activities like checking somebody's birthday.
