Not using suppliers who use Evri

Your incompetance is unsurpassed by any other delivery company, third no show delivery. Perhaps same driver who simply cant be bothered. Sadly your clients are losing out as I cancel once I realise its an Evri "non delivery"!
To that response (as per Evri's suggestion on a few negative reviews below) I get "cant find that postcode! As others have said bunch of clowns damaging genuine businesses.
Perhaps time for another rebranding....

Be cautious!

Having spent nearly £10k on two bathrooms for the sake of a £5 seal strip and the after sales attitude I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms. A seal disintegrated after only three month. A review of a picture by their "technical staff" suggested the seal was installed the wrong way around which is codswallop, the shower door will not close if installed as they suggested. Thank god this was a minor item which I replaced myself quite easily had it had been a larger item this test of after sales service is a 100% fail. I would say on a positive the shop staff were very good.

Trusted until things go wrong...

Having used this company for a few years and over 20 bookings with them which thankfully I never had to cancel, then due to an urgent change of circumstances and contacting them 20 hours into the 24hr cancellation period I requested to cancel my weeks car parking booking at around £100. They didn't respond I therefore contacted the airport directly who responded withing an hour and said they would but dont hold the monies and I would having booked with a third party have to await the third party (Skyparks) request for cancellation as they were effectively the client. Although Skyparks eventually agreed to try to cancel it, I never heard more. After four attempts to chase them (over three weeks) I today suggested I would repond on Trustpilot if I did not hear from them, mairaculously withing half an hour they advised that they had STILL not heard from the airport (strange given my experenience....) then a further half hour later they advise that
"We have had a response from the car park today and they have refused authorisation to cancel your booking.
We are very sorry that, as we are bound by their terms, we cannot override this decision

Needless to say I will never use them again and the couple of quid savings I make will now be spent direct.
This site is called "TRUST"pilot - well I genuinely question Skypark's trust worthiness.
They could have made it good and sorted and retained a long term regular user.

So impressive.

Just reading through the reviews seems I not the only one super impressed by this firm.
I went into the Harlow showroom where the guy there was really helpful and explained and answered all my questions.
I selected a worktop which I wanted it two different widths. It arrived two days later! My carpenter actually managed to get away with using only one of the worktops so I assumed £300 wasted. I called Worktop Express customer service who without question agreed to collect and refund accordingly. Obviously it was in new condition. The refund came through so quickly and the actual product is first class. When I come to need a kitchen I know where i'll be going next.

Outstanding!

I was truly blown away when I received a very detailed response from Ghafoor to a basic question, he obviously realised I was a beginner. It ended in my buying the recommended Whoop and associated parts rather than wasting money on something that was not appropriate. The level of pre-sales service is not one you expect in the mail order market. Furthermore prices were mega competitive. I'll not hesitate to recommend to my flying buddies.

Recommendation: Stay well away.

Support non-existent when they cant resolve it.
As many have said their support initially seemed ok though when they could not get my device working they never respond. Device now ready for garbage.
A real shame as it was good whilst it lasted but like so many of these companies with cloud based products they lose interest in old customers and effectively shut them off.

Top notch company. Brilliant Mail order service.

Fantastic help for an over the phone cheap order. Provided a part very difficult to find elsewhere. Put themselves out to call me twice and get the package posted for next day delivery. I recently spent a huge amount with another supplier, will definitely try Julian and the team at All Swim next time.

Although good support, basic replacement parts not available. I purchased a £120 hose reel some two years ago, they have a four year warranty provided you have the original receipt!
The reel started leaking from the clip that holds the hose on. After four emails where they didn't understand what I was referring to, I get a message from them saying " it does not seem we have the spare to fix the issue with your reel"!! Unbelievable and its a current model. This after I was advised to buy a tenners worth of a service kit, that is pointless.
Update. Nicola contacted me and resolved the matter by providing the part which I would happily have originally paid for. I'll put it down to a misunderstanding. Therefore revised my rating. Thanks for help. NB - Save your reciept.
