Trusted until things go wrong...
Having used this company for a few years and over 20 bookings with them which thankfully I never had to cancel, then due to an urgent change of circumstances and contacting them 20 hours into the 24hr cancellation period I requested to cancel my weeks car parking booking at around £100. They didn't respond I therefore contacted the airport directly who responded withing an hour and said they would but dont hold the monies and I would having booked with a third party have to await the third party (Skyparks) request for cancellation as they were effectively the client. Although Skyparks eventually agreed to try to cancel it, I never heard more. After four attempts to chase them (over three weeks) I today suggested I would repond on Trustpilot if I did not hear from them, mairaculously withing half an hour they advised that they had STILL not heard from the airport (strange given my experenience....) then a further half hour later they advise that
"We have had a response from the car park today and they have refused authorisation to cancel your booking.
We are very sorry that, as we are bound by their terms, we cannot override this decision

Needless to say I will never use them again and the couple of quid savings I make will now be spent direct.
This site is called "TRUST"pilot - well I genuinely question Skypark's trust worthiness.
They could have made it good and sorted and retained a long term regular user.
