It’s been nearly a year now since we purchased our first hot tub with Jane & the team :)
What an experience it was!
My partner & I were conscious of what & where to buy our hot tub at first given the cost to buy & to run.
Jane made this experience so easy, she listened, asked the right questions & explained all the details to us which was understandable & put us at ease :)
From the first time we stepped foot in the shop until now, the service Jane & the team have given is second to none.
I highly recommend them even down to the accessories we’ve bought recently.
We bought the caldera which has changed our lives. We use it multiple times a week, granted there’s an increase to our electric but not to a surprise as Jane explained this at the time. It’s relaxing, fitted perfectly in our space & gives us everything we asked for within budget!
The team are friendly, approachable & knowledgable :)
The install team were also efficient, friendly & worked hard getting everything set up to our specification (which was a challenge given where we wanted it positioned) but they were brilliant.
If you’re looking to buy a hot tub, I’d highly recommend you visit the store.

We bought an inflatable slide but unfortunately there was a problem once it was inflated. I contacted All Swim and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They replied to me straight away, rectified the problem and sent out a replacement the same day. We also buy all our pool chemicals from All Swim and the delivery is quick with these too. Highly recommend this great company.

Worst Experience of my life they agreed to price match asked if this is available with finance unfortunately they said no which was okay going to use my credit card to make the order then i ask about is the 14 days consumer right act available with this item then starts telling me this is bespoke item this and that i cant actually believe it the item is a stock item which later i call the retailer they agree with me so they tell there gonna call Jane Veysey and speak to her about this because i should be covered under the act they explain to her then she turns around says she's no longer agreeing to the price which they agreed before PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST cant really believe what i have been through past two days unbelievable customer service i think needs re-training on a lot of things tbh and better customer service skills the main reason to avoid.

It has been my pleasure to order from All Swim on two occasions now. Each time the service has been excellent and delivery has been the next day.

The first order was for a skimmer and they took the time to call and make sure that I had ordered the right product for my requirements. They then patiently answered a number of questions regarding our pool build.

On both occasions, I thoroughly researched the pricing and found that All Swim offers the most competitive pricing.

If you are interested in anything for your pool I would strongly recommend considering this company. Fast, friendly, efficient and competitive - what more could you ask for?

Fantastic help for an over the phone cheap order. Provided a part very difficult to find elsewhere. Put themselves out to call me twice and get the package posted for next day delivery. I recently spent a huge amount with another supplier, will definitely try Julian and the team at All Swim next time.
