Although good support, basic replacement parts not available. I purchased a £120 hose reel some two years ago, they have a four year warranty provided you have the original receipt!
The reel started leaking from the clip that holds the hose on. After four emails where they didn't understand what I was referring to, I get a message from them saying " it does not seem we have the spare to fix the issue with your reel"!! Unbelievable and its a current model. This after I was advised to buy a tenners worth of a service kit, that is pointless.
Update. Nicola contacted me and resolved the matter by providing the part which I would happily have originally paid for. I'll put it down to a misunderstanding. Therefore revised my rating. Thanks for help. NB - Save your reciept.
