Missing delivery
Advised us that delivery made but it has not been. Was due on Monday but here we are on Wednesday and still not arrived. What is going on?

I can see a member of the team have been in touch with you to discuss this further. It has been explained to your that your delivery was being re scheduled and that your delivery will be made in good time.
Your delivery isn't and wasn't missing it was being rescheduled for another date. I am sorry that it wasn't made on the date initial advised, sometimes things happen outside of our control that mean a delivery has to be re planned.

First Class,score 99%.
A very slick process from the test drive to the purchase. During Tier 3. Everything explained, all questions fully answered, and a reasonable trade in valuation, although overall it took 2 hours. Even free coffee and spotless loos. Collection was at a time/day convenient to us and car was immaculate on collection, all on a sub £11000 used car.
A problem with the car a couple of weeks after purchase was handled by the aftersales team superbly. Initial advice on the phone, subsequent return of the vehicle and investigation into the problem was all at times convenient for us, even though we had entered lockdown. Regular phone calls to update us on progress ( when they promised - a very rare occurrance these days ) were reassuring and now we have it back, hopefully no more problems. The only niggle was the fact that it seems that during preparation they missed cleaning the windscreen. Rain on the way home after collection showed that the outside was very greasy and misting on the inside after a couple of days showed up loads of finger prints and a ring in the middle where a mount had been affixed. Car drives well and is very comfortable. Overall I give a score of 99% for customer service.
