Customer Support 2/5 - No direct talk with agent , Usual response time on their website is 4hour. I was unable to login on my account i tried reset password but reset email was not coming. I check trash and spam and whitelisted the ID - no-reply@moonpay.c** but still no luck.
Buying Experience - Easy and swift via VISA credit card. VISA debit card faced some issue. standard charge 20-30 USD on each transaction.
Selling Experience - Not very exciting price, 20 -30 Dollar reduction is standard on this platform. When you sell something and expect the balance coming in your debit card , the experience is quite smooth. But Moonpay should provide ETA on sell orders. My order was quite stuck on "processing" but account inaccessibly made me little panic.

After selecting to pay by credit card
After selecting to pay by debit card, moon pay then takes me straight to an option to select a different way to pay without allowing pay by debit card via moon pay. Only options are PayPal, Venmo and Revolut. Moon pay proving useless to fund exodus wallet or purchase crypto.
