After almost 20 years I decided to relace all the seals on my Kudos Shower. There was difficulty in ensuring I had the correct seals but the Customer Services Department was excellent. After a few interactions I now have a complete set of the right size seals. Thank you Anne

The procedure was very straightforward which has been my experience over the last years with British Gas. My only concern is how competitive the figures are?

Your engineer was excellent. Kept me informed and explained the problem. My disappointment was to have a fault on a boiler that was installed only 2 months before. I made the change to a new boiler because of the reliability problems with the old one.
