Deceptive practices. Make an official complaint!

Here is how to deal with it .
Send them an email asking to unsubscribe - don't hold your breath.
Tell them in the email you are reporting them to the Maltese police cybercrime department for deceptive practices and theft
Contact your bank and tell them you didn't authorise this transaction and to stop any future payments

Make a complaint to the Maltese cybercrime department( (Google it) for email address as annoyingly trust pilot doesn't allow links

Great products but room for improvement

The prices and products are excellent however delivery and customer service let's them down massively. I order regularly , my first delivery took over a month to arrive, however they did compensate generously The next 4 deliverys were on time and took less than a week to arrive which is something you can plan your workforce and job schedule around. However my current delivery is now on day 16 and still not arrived

Even just a phone call to say it's going to be late would be ideal and a good way of letting customers/businesses know so they can plan around it. I did get a dispatch notice so I guessing it's with the couriers (Tuffnells) but if you have ever dealt with Tuffnells you know the customer service system is awful a d you are lucky if they answer at all. They never know where your deliverys are and it's a complete waste of time ringing them you will only get more frustrated.

I always ask to be called the day they deliver and give my details , so the elderly customer is not burdened with the delivery on her own so far in several deliveries this has not happened once.

I hope they go on to improve this system and although the price changes more than the wind the products look good and are well made for the price.

10 days for refund for out of stock…

10 days for refund for out of stock coffee machine disgusting. Don't take my money if you don't have the stock and a big company like beko should honour the deal offered or refund by Bacs instantly , I will be avoiding Beko in future you can stick your 20% voucher that's just shocking.

Cheap prices if you can wait for really Slow delivery

Really good prices but ordered a leaf blower that arrived 2 months later, could've done with it within a month at most, I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on, customer service could be improved by sending updates every Monday morning to keep customers in the loop.
Helpful when you got through but I think I would of opted to pay £20 more to get it the next day with another shop.

Don't Count on Toolstation for deliveries for time sensitive work.

Checked on website , stated 4 pairs of hinges in stock for my customers garage doors, great I only needed 2. Travelled 20 mins in heavy traffic to collect where I was told that they were out of stock and assistant laughed saying it happens all the time, ordered online for next day delivery, we are now on day 10 no emails explaining why, apologies, nothing. I've contacted chat bot for expected 2 min response time, both times over 30 mins . And still waiting for my items , agent online was apologetic but had no answers. Basically avoid and go to Screwfix Toolstation will eventually die off through this level of service its natural selection
