Great products but room for improvement
The prices and products are excellent however delivery and customer service let's them down massively. I order regularly , my first delivery took over a month to arrive, however they did compensate generously The next 4 deliverys were on time and took less than a week to arrive which is something you can plan your workforce and job schedule around. However my current delivery is now on day 16 and still not arrived
Even just a phone call to say it's going to be late would be ideal and a good way of letting customers/businesses know so they can plan around it. I did get a dispatch notice so I guessing it's with the couriers (Tuffnells) but if you have ever dealt with Tuffnells you know the customer service system is awful a d you are lucky if they answer at all. They never know where your deliverys are and it's a complete waste of time ringing them you will only get more frustrated.
I always ask to be called the day they deliver and give my details , so the elderly customer is not burdened with the delivery on her own so far in several deliveries this has not happened once.
I hope they go on to improve this system and although the price changes more than the wind the products look good and are well made for the price.
