They fake failed delivery attempts, they don't answer the phone, they don't answer support tickets. If it's Paack delivering I know I am not getting my package. How come this company is allowed to operate I don't understand.
Edit: their answer here is Fake, this happened with 30+ packages and they ignored my 3 formal complaints.

The product is incredible, and the customer support is outstanding, haven't seen customer support this good in many many years, highly recommend this company

I am sorry but this is a scam, hope you can this before you buy.
They sent an expired product. Contacted the support complaining, after 2 weeks they answered asking "did you received the product?" and I answered back "yes but like Is said expired, need a refund or a new one", their answer was "I am glad you received it, enjoy it". absurd..

They locked my account without reason (and just warned 1 time with an email that went to spam they say), lost 100% of my funds.
Had to contact support 100 times (no joke), sent me to the customer complaint department that did nothing. Stay away from them.
I bet they will answer to contact support and that this was a misunderstanding.
They are not reliable nor they care about customers

Ordered 2 weeks ago, contacted them, haven't heard from them, they simply didn't answered 3 emails, the tracking says the package wasn't sent yet, this is a scam, I am sorry and hope you read this before you bought

Also the products are at 1/4 of the price on aliexpress on suppliers that care about answering

There's no support, just a but the ignore everything you said. They promised a delivery time, didn't change it for priority and I missed, so I don't have my item.....

Scam, they sell things they don't have on stock

after an accident happened they stopped answering for 2 months and lied. don't trust them

There's true love about security at 1password, the product is top notch and the customer support is true customer support.

You won't find an agency as good as StagMadness.

Organising a bachelor party is tough, too many people, too many points of failure and stress, too many suppliers that you need to know if they are reliable and you have to contact.

StagMadness does all the work for you, it was a blessing and it was the best days of my life, it was awesome! Everything went well.

Veronika (organiser) was reassuring, extremely professional, it was great planning the party/experience with her, knowing that we were paying the best prices in a fair way. Be sure to keep this person in your team and reward her!

Daniella (our guide) she was incredible, she made our experience amazing, helped us in every bit of the way, getting to all activities, enjoying the best the city as to offer, extremely patient while being always professional. Some moments without her organisation and patient won't have ended in a lost night (I remember when we overslept and change the agenda). Daniella excels at her job, you won't find a guide like her. To the management: be sure to promote her or give her stock options, she's an incredible professional!

This was so good that I plan on using their services again even for a weekend getaway!

- Paid 4 months in advance
- 2 months delay after the promised date
- Arrived damaged, damaged my floor
- Asked for refund, only refunded shipping
- I have a useless bike sitting on my living room
