Pays to compare

Pays to compare. My renewal quote through RAC came in £12 more than last years premium. Was told that was the best they could do. I went to a comparison site called Moneymaxim and was offered insurance at over £100cheaper through the RAC!! Don't know why that couldn't have been offered in the first place!

From survey, quote to installation the process was very easy. The engineer went through the door operation and left everything clean and tidy.

Good customer service

My first order somehow got lost in transit by the courier company. However after a phone call to Averys customer service a replacement was dispatched and received within 3 days. Great service and looking forward to enjoying the wine in the months ahead.

Delighted.

Delivery just over the 3 week suggested delivery time but regular updates received and given the issues with Covid19 on businesses this was understandable. Was intended as a 60th Birthday present and whilst not able to give it to her on the actual birthday she was delighted with it. I should have ordered earlier I guess. Well presented and looks a stunning piece of jewellery.
