Singletrack Bikes or Route Cycle thieves
I received the following grovelling email from Singletrack Bikes’ CS Manager, Gabe Bell;
Dear Brian,
I’m reaching out personally to sincerely apologise for the recent lack of communication and delays regarding your order with us.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our operations were disrupted, and we failed to fulfill or respond to over 300 outstanding orders — including yours. This is far from the standard we aim to uphold, and I take full responsibility for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.
To make things right, you now have the option to either:
Receive a Full Refund – No questions asked.
Have Your Order Fulfilled Immediately – If you still want the item(s), we will prioritise shipping them to you as quickly as possible.
Please reply to this email with your preference and include your order number, so we can process your request promptly.
Once again, I am truly sorry for the lack of communication and the delay. We’re actively working to improve our systems and ensure this never happens again. Your patience and understanding mean a lot, and we’d love the opportunity to earn back your trust.

Suffice to say that the refund promised wasn’t delivered. It’s almost like he was trying to rub salt in the wounds??!
