Arrived on time and is a good bit of kit

Hi, although the item was delivered to my flat front door. The delivery driver didn't bother knocking on the door, he just left the item. This was quite annoying as I was in the flat at the time. Surely it would not have been too much trouble for him to knock? Really poor customer service. This is the second time that a delivery driver didn't do their job properly. On the previous occasion the driver said he couldn't find the address, I don't live anywhere out of the way. You need to up your game as your drivers are getting you a bad reputation. Very disappointed.

If I am reviewing the service from Merlin Cycles, it is top notch. From questions over the phone to prompt delivery of parts, they go the extra mile. Keen pricing as well. Would always order from Merlin.

Nothing at all

The parcel arrived when the company said it would. It was pouring with rain and the driver, bless him still had a smile on his face. I think he went above and beyond, he even asked me where I wanted the parcel put. He is a real credit to your company and should be valued and rewarded for his grace under extreme conditions. I hope he can be financially rewarded for his efforts. Really impressed.

Hi, received my td3 a day before it was due. Well packed, it is an awesome piece of kit, coupled with a small keyboard over midi, it performs really well and allows a wide variety of bass lines to be programmed and played. I can't fault Behringers presentation of the item. I don't know how they do it for the money. Overall very pleased with it and with Juno's service. I would recommend buying from them. They always deliver.

Impressed with staff member finding out something he didn't know and phoning me back. The product, a sustain foot pedal, arrived when expected, in good condition. It was well packaged and worked perfectly out of the box. I would use Rich Tone again and rate them highly. Their customer service is very good and they are competitive in pricing. All together very happy.
