Jonathan tries hard to please but the offers were way below what the Website calculator estimated. Did not feel confident to do business with this company and I could not recommend them highly. Please keep to your online offers. Room for improvement!

My WordPress site is forever slow to edit, type, and load. Why? Is it WordPress or the Security Services who detest Truth-telling and Free Speech, even if it is only humor? Please explain why my sites are permanently slow and poor to respond. Thank you!

THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!

THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!! 100% SCAM!!!
1. £205 promised for opening an account - £0 SCAM!
2. Mobile Banking App - NO download - SCAM!
3. PIN slip - NO digits - SCAM!
4. Security Key - Failed - SCAM!
5. Customer service agents don't speak English well.
6. I CAN'T CLOSE MY ACCOUNT because 00.15p in credit and my nearest branch is CLOSED indefinitely!

Dear HSBC, The above is terrible business practice and you need to act fast on your performance and service before clients vote with their feet. However, the lady from Customer Complaints did her best and did offer £50 for my trouble. Thanks.

100% SCAM - Avoid buying their faulty goods!

00000 STARS! I returned a faulty Samsung Galaxy Chromebook to my local Argos last week. The Chromebook is only 4 months old and no refund was offered. I was told to contact Samsung and ask for a repair. Three days on and no word from Samsung. Samsung is producing products with built-in obsolesce, so you are forced to buy a new model. Outrageous and a total 100% scam!!! Furthermore, I contacted Samsung UK Technical and they are absolutely useless. First, I was told by a Filipino rep that my files would be deleted if I pursued a repair of my SAMSUNG GALAXY CHROMEBOOK!!!! Secondly, I was told by a Filipino that the technical team would have access to my files, so I asked for clarification. Thirdly, a SAMSUNG Technician contacted me and politely told me that SAMSUNG DOES NOT REPLACE COMPUTERS!!!
Fourthly, I was contacted by another FILIPINO SAMSUNG REP who I could NOT hear clearly as she had an incoherent FILIPINO accent. SAMSUNG did however send me an email confirming they would arrange for a collection of my GALAXY CHROME.
TODAY, I received another email from SAMSUNG stating that they needed further details of purchase from Amazon or eBay! THE SAMSUNG CHROME WAS BOUGHT FROM ARGOS!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Since the UK consumer law was changed in 2015 replacements of SAMSUNG CHROMEBOOKS are NOT available and basically, consumers have few, if any, rights. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I WILL NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN AND I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is a dishonest and shameful company.
I have been asked three times for verification documents, now they want a photo of me holding my passport!!! They delay, delay, and delay verification and a withdrawal of nearly £200. They were happy to verify me after two attempts when I deposited £200 to them.
They have accused me of using a "business" email address with my name on it. They don't understand that one can have several "personal" email addresses.
This company is incompetent at the least and disingenuous at the most.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TRADING - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!!

Beware if you need a refund from Octopus!

I am happy with this supplier overall but if you ask for a refund - beware! I asked for a refund from my Octopus Energy account which was over £200 in credit on the 11th August. I was told that I would have to wait 10 days. It is now the 22 nd of August! Also, I had to wait while they charged me for an extra week, despite my account being well in credit! Can they not see from my low bills that it would be highly unlikely for me to use £200 of energy in a week? When I questioned Octopus on this matter they did not answer my question. Why? Because like most businesses today they prefer to be quick to take and slow to give back. Thank you, credit has been received from Octopus.

Do NOT buy Brother Printers

Do NOT buy Brother Printers! Brother installs apps on your computer that monitors your pc. You have to pay a fortune for their printer ink and they only last a few weeks. I have tried everything to print out a document and it won't due to an error message that cannot be resolved. Brother products have built-in obsolescence and exactly after two years of use Brother have disabled my printer. I will NEVER buy another Brother printer - waste of your money!

Be warned about their oral CBD spray

Be warned about their oral CBD spray, as I bought one yesterday and suffered extreme psychotic affects, such as aggression and violent feelings. I used about half a bottle of the spray in one day (150 mg) and this is normally okay with me, when I use Canabidol products. My normal acceptable dose of pure CBD is 200 - 300 mg daily, so I suspect there is excessive THC (psycho-active) amounts in Vitality's spray. I will not be buying this product again!

Avoid this company completely

Avoid this company completely. I asked them politely to repair my washing machine and toilet. On the first Mon day, I was told by one of their employees that a repair engineer would call by 5 pm Monday, then I received a call from another employee stating they could not repair it that Monday after I had called the engineer who said he would be with me in ten minutes. He did not show up until the next day Tuesday, 20 minutes late, after I was told by an employee that, "there is no reason why he would not be there(my home) by 2 pm on Tuesday. The engineer failed to fix my toilet from leaking into the bowl and he did not repair my washing machine door. The engineer said that he had to check my cash payment of £150 in case I had slipped a note out. I complained to the head office and was told the engineer would be with me sometime Wednesday. At 5 pm on Wednesday, the office employee said that the engineer could not make it again. Poor service, inappropriate comments by the engineer and three wasted days with no apology. Also, the engineer was not wearing a mask!I am at high risk of Covid 19 due to my diabetes. Please don't bother with this inadequate company. Thank you.
