Lights I ordered came nice and quickly but discovered a problem with one of the glass light shades.

Customer service is none existent- you have 3 days to tell them of issues but they don’t appear to have a response time. 10 days after items received, phone calls not returned, emails not responded to so looks like I’ll have to do a Chargeback via credit card provider.

Would avoid because if order wrong you will be left unanswered

Yodel lost my eBay delivery and complaints process useless totally uninterested, although not only am I out of pocket for postage, having refunded the customer but also no longer have the item.

Yodel complaints keep telling me to contact seller for a refund which is me. I'd never used before and will never use again!!!

I’d really like ManyPets to provide a pre-authorisation service to customers as other providers do for larger claims

Easy to find, parked, keys dropped and into terminal within 5 minutes

Got keys from automated collection machine and back to our car no problem on return

Great property very spacious with a large lounge and large kitchen/dinner

Had an issue in en-suite shower and rectified quickly

Came and checked everything ok early evening after we checked in which was a nice touch

Great that I received payment but a number of claims amalgamated and items removed so no idea what had been paid. I had to call to find out what had happened which wasn’t helpful

Very ease to locate, park and put key into collection box.

No problem retrieving key and locating car on return BUT why did someone decide to mess with heating and fan controls?! I understand moving mirrors and seat but no need to put heating up and fans on full 🤬

Worst dealership I’ve ever used. Bought a KIA Niro March 23 and after a week fault on front sensor, took 3 goes to diagnose, 7 months for the part to arrive and offered a new replacement car which took another 5 months to arrive. Head of Sales condescending, Phil Clay MD not interested and doesn’t respond to complaints, Group ahead of Sales uninterested, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Eventually got a new car which I’ve sold, but even got an invoice showing I owed money and they couldn’t be bothered to resolve for me. Steer clear of Chapelhouse and KIA as both uninterested in customers.

Had to chase for claim to be paid but once I’d spoken to Many Pets and got information from my vet claim was settled within 72 hours.

Original claim submitted over Christmas so that probably led to delay.

Only thing I’d like is to be able to get pre-authorisation on large claims so the vets can be paid directly, but ManyPets do not offer this facility

Awful - wish I’d read reviews on here first. Very cheap and don’t even fit properly. Birk sliders isn’t available anymore and I’m trying to contact via my original email to request a refund and otherwise will go via PayPal
