Had to chase for claim to be paid but once I’d spoken to Many Pets and got information from my vet claim was settled within 72 hours.

Original claim submitted over Christmas so that probably led to delay.

Only thing I’d like is to be able to get pre-authorisation on large claims so the vets can be paid directly, but ManyPets do not offer this facility
