Parcel dumped on doorstep

Knocking on the door, dumping a parcel on the doorstep and driving off does not constitute 'a delivery' !!!! Then, lying to their office by stating 'handed to customer'. Very poor !

I ordered some bagged gravel and other items. I was promised next day delivery. The driver called the next day and gave a time for delivery, then delivered on time.
A simple example of good customer service !

A level of ineptness beyond belief !

The level of ineptness displayed by Samsung is beyond belief. It took me over an hour of waiting and 3 phone calls answering stupid questions to get an engineer to come and repair our fridge freezer. It has taken 5 days to get an engineer to make an appointment to visit.
Next, Samsung have just messaged to 'welcome' me to my new phone and want to help me transfer from the old one. New? I have had it for nearly 14 months!
Be advised, avoid Samsung !!

Finally a promise (or not) (we'll see)

Finally a promise! Maybe....... (after another 30 minutes on the phone) an apology and a promise that an engineer will call. (not convinced it will happen as yet though) More mundane questions, is it in the sun? Is the door closed? has it been damaged? We'll call in a couple of days> yeah, yeah...... we'll see.....
Look at the promise from Samsung on my previous complaint, platitudes and no answers,

Awful experience with Samsung

My Samsung fridge freezer stopped working, I tried and failed to get an engineer using the online website- failed miserably. I phoned up and for 26 minutes I was asked inane questions to troubleshoot the problem. Is it plugged in? Are the lights on? What temperature is showing? I was asked to turn it off, wait 10 minutes and then turn back on. Then wait 4 hours to see if it is working!!!!! Then I can call back and go through the call process again.

Jewson Rochdale. Normally as a non tradesperson I approach a builders merchant with some trepidation. Gruff, impolite, unhelpful staff are the norm.

Fined £170 without prior notice

I made a mistake and entered a car park in Oldham, I drove through. I was on the car park a minute or so, this was back in June. Yesterday a fine notice for £170 came in, 6 weeks after the incident no prior notice. I paid it (plus £1.50 transaction fee!!!!) and then tried to appeal. I cant appeal because I've paid it !!!!!

Dangerous driver

The driver of their pick up truck in Rochdale on Weds 9th July at 3.30pm is a danger to other road users. He pulled out in front of me, suddenly drove onto the pavement and then undertook me. Tyres screeching, engine revving. Moron!!!! I hope his manager reads this

I arranged cover elsewhere, its easier!!!

My car is insured with Swinton, I wanted to arrange temporary cover for a curtesy car. The chat bot kept asking inept questions, waffling about terms and conditions and would not put me in contact with a human being, then hung up on me 3 times!
I tried online via the 'live chat'. but it doesn't work its shows a blank screen and no way to speak to anyone. After over an hour I have still not spoken to anyone. So, I arranged cover elsewhere. Took me 10 minutes!!!

See below for Swinton reply, platitudes given out (as ever), no suggestion of the IT people being involved and RESOLVING the problem.

Impossible to cancel your membership

Impossible to cancel your membership. Their phone system hangs up on you.
I tried the phone number supplied. No-one picked up the phone and it cut off.

It takes a special level of ineptness to keep sending 'Final Demands' to the people who moved out 2 years ago. I have emailed, telephoned and written to Octopus to inform them, yet a letter arrived today.......

Still hassling me !!

After a number of phone calls and emails Octopus are still chasing my address for a debt from the previous occupants!! Check the electoral roll !
Now they are asking for my account number. I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT !!!!!
