Nothing wrong with the delivery itself
Nothing wrong with the delivery itself, but I am so depressed to find a company your size & prominence is still using such a grotesque amount of packaging to send two small plastic jars with solid contents. No doubt you will respond to say you can't take any risks that might damage the product, but until large companies like yours start taking the initiative with reducing packaging & its environmental impact (& finding different ways of working the business model), it's very difficult for the general public to feel they are doing the right thing & reducing waste....... Would upload a photo of the product next to all the packaging, but don't think that option's available.

As usual, an excellent product from Purlfrost! The only problems were with the Courier company Evri (formerly Hermes), though Purlfrost did their best to help sort that out too......

On this particular order I had some specific requests as to how the layout needed to work & Niels was unbelievably accommodating, sending me 3 sets of proofs over several days, until we had got the design exactly as I wanted it.
