The returns policy is not ideal - the collection service offered costs £20 or you can find your own method. So, no free returns and no refund for the original delivery.
I called the company to find out how to return an item and was told to look at the website.

Thank you for the feedback on the return process, I can see that the form was completed, and a response sent over to confirm the return references and details as you selected to use your own postal method to return the items incorrectly ordered.
Appreciate your concerns on the return/collection charges, unfortunately these are provided by the courier to collect and return and naturally we need to pass these on to ensure product prices can remain as low as possible.
We do have the options of Collection, Drop of at the Warehouse or your own alternative postal method.
