In the last month I have paid for three books from EBay …one was in German and the company wanted me to pay for the return.The other two books never arrived and I was unable to contact the company.
I have now lost faith in the platform.Buyers Beware

Excellent service from Look Fantastic as usual.
Their products are reasonably priced and delivery is rapid
However the La Roche posse (usually my go to SF 50)
Anthelios Oil Correct SF 50 was completely unsuitable.It pills,comes off quickly and can’t be combined with any other facial products

Why didn’t I read reviews first?
Sadly a Chinese company under the guise of being English.The delivery details where in Chinese and delivery took over 2weeks
The blouse(which wasn’t cheap)bore no resemblance to the photograph…apart from the colour!
The material was nasty and see through.It had no washing instruction label and no material composite.
It makes the recognised Chinese companies look value for money in comparison.
Please don’t be fooled by the web site!!!

Had tried the sandals already in two shops.
Bought online at a slightly reduced price.
They are fake!

I love the comfort and fit of lowa renegrades.
However I’m now onto my fourth pair!!!!as sadly the soles start to wear after approx three months.
It’s taken till this pair to realise that as soon as the outer edge of the heel wears…then I start to slip and fall.Pretty dangerous really.
The soles are Vibram and unfortunately most boot companies now use this stuff.
I had one pair resoled but it wasn’t successful.
Unfortunately I’m now left with four expensive pairs of boots with great leather uppers that are extremely waterproof that I can’t risk wearing

Don’t think the company made it clear on their web site that the Wella Shinefinity Gloss I bought was just the activator.
There were no instructions in English so it took me quite a while to realise I would need to buy the colour and bowl too.
At the price I was charged this would make it an expensive outlay plus I really don’t know where to buy the remaining products…

I’ve bought numerous books from this website in the past and have been a loyal customer.
I have tried ringing the customer service number
01903507544 so many times but always engaged and then disconnected.
It is not the price but the principle.!

Incredibly fast delivery.Trousers and top were both real bargains and fit well.

The Royal Mail app and messages are not fit for purpose.
The App won’t allow you to register.
The Emails won’t allow you to alter your delivery or safe place.
After a twenty minute wait I talked to a lovely young man in an attempt to rectify the problem.
He was unable to help!!!!
The IT component of this company is a complete joke.
Perhaps the government could intervene.

I ordered fertiliser 4 weeks ago which didn’t arrive.
I finally contacted the company by email as they don’t have a call centre.
I got an automated response saying my product was with their courier EVRI who had a backlog.
One week later I’m still waiting.
Will now try and contact EVRI….what a joke

Good choice and easy to manage site.
Sadly the site lead me to believe that I could buy at a “real”store.Whereas in reality they are showrooms.
Because of this I was left with no option (because of time constraints )to pay for an astronomically high delivery charge.
As ordinary delivery was over a week?I paid even more for a ‘NOT EXPRESS’ 6day delivery.
Quite disappointed!
Update!!!!
The store contacted me and understood my issues.
As a gesture of goodwill they reimbursed my delivery charges…..they also plan to look at the site and hopefully clarify that their stores are showrooms only.
With all building work fine tuning timings is essential.
Nobody wants to be paying for a builder who can’t get on with the job!!!!
