After reading lots of negative reviews I was naturally worried after not receiving a confirmation email.
However this had been my fault and following this initial concern I have nothing but praise for the company.
Their deliveries are fast and timely.
As I needed to exchange for a different size their telephone staff were patient,friendly and did everything they could to be helpful.
The exchange was dealt with efficiently and I received my new sandals quickly.
They where well below the market price and I’m very pleased with them

I have shopped in Asda Gosforth virtually every day for 15yrs.
The staff are always friendly and helpful but sadly this is no longer enough for me to stay loyal.
Last week I price checked Cadburys Giant Buttons as they had undergone a further price rise.Asdas were the most expensive of all major supermarkets.
Today I was almost caught by their latest scam which contravenes the Governments marketing standards.
They where selling ASDA OWN small pre packed vine tomatoes with NO WEIGHT on the labelling.
I suppose they thought they had cleverly found a loop hole.However to legally sell prepacked vegetables without a weight,one must be able to count the number of items.I couldn’t.It was obvious that the packs had differing amounts inside.
At first glance the tomatoes seemed cheaper than the most expensive alternative,However when I weighed them they were more expensive.
Do ASDA think we are all fools?Shame on you.

All staff professional,welcoming and happy to help.
My alloy wheel was repaired at a competitive reasonable price.
They even offered to pick me up from the metro on my return!!….what more can one ask.

I was stupidly fooled by this firms use of known charities and it’s presence on National TV adverts.
After paying £25 I didn’t even receive a confirmation email.
When I made an account it said I didn’t have any orders nor any codes to recognise my supposed chance of winning.
The prize of a car closes tonight so I basically gave money away.
I would have rather given it directly to the Charities.
Please don’t be conned by them!!!!!!!
I intend to complain to Channel 4 and the NPCA

I switched today to M&S energy in no small part due,to Matthew’s excellent communication skills.
He was patient and allowed me to ask questions in my own time and gave comprehensive answers.
He had such a positive outlook and was calm and understanding when I needed repeated instructions.
