Review of Dreams
Absolutely fantastic experience all round, in-store and online. The first mattress we purchased online having tried similar ones in-store ended up being firmer than expected. Had a very constructive phone call with Karan who explained our options and then supported us through the process of exchanging. Process was simple and quick.
Some of the best customer service I have experienced from a chain company, very impressed.
Review of Honestburgers
Multiple restaurants visited now, some of the best burgers I have ever had.
Review of Tempest Graduations
Just awful, whilst my photographer was great and I’m sure the photos will come out brilliantly, this company clearly works with the university to create a monopoly in which they make an enormous amount of money through their outrageous pricing and useless website which is really horrible to use. Just seeing the existing poor reviews describing exactly the same thing demonstrates that I’m not alone. I am disappointed in my university for choosing to use such an awful company that is taking advantage of graduating students to make an enormous amount of money, something the uni are rather good at themselves the rest of the time!
Review of Glasswells
Fantastic showroom, salesmanship and customer service. Really friendly group of staff, useful and willing to go the extra mile. Stuart was fantastic serving me and ensured the process was smooth. Being a local company they are able to offer flexibility, we didn’t have to pay for delivery because they said we could go and pick it up from their warehouse! Not something you’ll get from other companies.

Review of Vouch
System works alright, although I can’t understand why I had to upload ID images to three different sources, two of those being through vouch and a third direct to the estate agent - isn’t the point of virtual ID checks to avoid this?
Then we got text messages and emails every day reminding us to complete the referencing, which was fine until we had and were just waiting for the employer’s reference - very annoying that you can’t disable the notifications.
THEN, they started pestering us with many phone calls and emails trying to sell us insurance - did not knowingly consent to our data being used for marketing and wouldn’t stop calling us even when we asked them not to, very annoyed at this practice. Immediately put me off taking out a policy with them and we will be going with Homeprotect instead.
Review of AJ Bell Dodl
I use Dodl for my LISA, it is simple, straightforward and cheap to use. Dealing is easy and doesn’t apparently cost anything - I’ve recently ventured beyond the one fund that I usually used and tried their range of shares. There may not be an enormous range of shares available, and you are similarly limited by funds, but there is a fair range of both across their platform with different sectors and fund themes well represented.
I haven’t had to use the customer service team for anything as of yet, probably because their website and help pages are quite so good as it is.
Would definitely recommend for someone who doesn’t know exactly what they want to invest in before they get there.
It did take some time for my LISA government bonus to come through, but their website explained why this was, and if I had read it before depositing, I could’ve got it faster!
And one other thing is that dividends are not discussed on the app for shares or funds that I can see, but their website says that any dividends will be automatically deposited in cash and you will be notified. Possibly adding a metric to the page for each share or fund saying at least whether dividends CAN be paid (of course by the nature of the market this could vary!) might be a good idea.
100% would recommend.

Review of Evri
Useless.
Website seems brilliant (until you realise that their ‘24/7 live chat’ is just a digital assistant that can’t do anything. But when you search for parcel shops it shows up a bunch, then you turn up and you’re told that they don’t actually have the facilities that evri’s website says, and you’re stuffed.
Useless, don’t even bother - not if you want to use their parcel shops.
Review of iD Mobile
Cheap but poor value.
Coverage is what you’d expect from the provider - never really had any problems.
Speeds are poor - you very much get what you pay for here and I always got lower speeds wherever I went than my family or friends on other carriers.
But what was truly atrocious (other than the rude and unhelpful customer service agents) is the number of strange dead spots where my phone would show as having great signal but wouldn’t connect to the internet or make a call. I can understand that in, say, a stadium full of people, but walking down the road in town? It was the strangest and I’d be sitting there raging about having apparently great signal but no web pages loading. Sometimes my phone would even tell me that I’m not connected.
If you want cheap and large amounts of data that rolls over without being held into a contract - this is what you want. But do test out how it functions in your area before committing.

Review of National Express
Booking is all pretty easy - services are reasonable and having used them before, was expecting what you normally get with National express. Morning of my journey to the airport comes, get an email shortly after I’ve woken up (about 3h before departure) saying that the coach has been cancelled and to contact their customer service by phone. I try that - end up with an endlessly replaying message saying that they are busy and I should go to their website (which says that the service is still running) and unable to get through I end up having to book a more expensive train.
Eventually get through to an inpatient customer service officer the next day who seems to suggest that there was a replacement coach put on (which I was never told about) but eventually gave me a refund. I asked that my reasonable expenses incurred I.e. train ticket should be paid as well but she downright said no - will not be trying to book again!
Even if I had got through, an alternative coach would have arrived after my flight departed so I had no flexibility in that respect.
Some goodwill in reimbursing me the £8 odd difference between the ticket costs as well as my refund would be appreciated since they very nearly jeopardised my flight due to ‘operational issues’ but no.

Review of Wifinity
Really annoying and poor experience - most notably your devices will keep disconnecting from their network, and if this happens whilst using a guest pass then that pass is lost and you cannot get it back again. My laptop just refused to connect to the wifi and so I kept clicking "connect in browser" several times before eventually after repeatedly logging into different tabs it let me in.
I am annoyed that the company I am renting with uses wifinity - limiting the number of devices is blatantly taking advantage of the people living here and is not in line with the other internet providers I have used in the last year.

Review of Snapfish
Terrible quality service and the customer service is largely non-existent - they don’t understand your question, they don’t answer your question, they brush you off once it gets too difficult for them or they realise there is no simple solution to your problem.
Review of Snapfish.co.uk
Largely awful.
If you want free prints - come here, you’ll get the appropriate standard of photo quality you’d expect from a company offering regular free prints. Their print quality is lacking, their upload system can damage the quality of your photos and then to top it off their customer service is horrendous (they don’t actually answer the questions you have and then when they’re bored of you or it gets difficult they just brush you off).
If you want to risk the delivery fee on poor quality photos then do so, or go to boots and spend the same amount of money on quality prints!
Review of Snapfish.co.uk
In terms of the interface, ease of use, customer service and delivery time (and pricing really), fantastic.
In terms of the product quality - enormously disappointing, don’t expect any colour depth or any consistency. My photos look drowned out and grey, this company seem incapable of reproducing greens or blues which make beautiful summer outdoor photos look dull and lifeless. Enormously dissapointed.

Review of morethan.com
It is very hard to give any sort of positive review to a company who seem to try to scare their customers into doing what the company wants them to do. You can read just about any email from them and it is full of thinly veiled or not in the slightest bit hidden threats of cancelling insurance - other companies will remind you of whatever it is they need to, but more than are just rude, unhelpful and furthermore wrong - I received an email saying that I was on my first strike for breaking the speed limit with a black box installed. When I called up I discovered that the location they claimed I had been doing 40 in a 30 speed limit was in the middle of a small village with cars parked down both sides and oncoming traffic - there is no way that I could even have been doing 30. Sure enough, a month later I received another email saying that any previous notifications threatening to cancel my policy for bad driving were due to a technical error and so should be ignored - what would have happened if it had been cancelled, my guess is that it would never have come back and I would be forever blighted by having had insurance cancelled for something I didn't do.
This is the tip of the iceberg of my bad experiences with this company and would only ever recommend them when, as they were for me, they are literally half the price of any other provider in the first year of driving - possibly I should have tried to find a different car!

Review of musicMagpie
Really pleased, everything was completely transparent, I was able to find all the information and reviews I wanted about the phone I bought from outside sources, but the company information is completely correct. Everything about the buying experience was easy, delivery was fast, packaging was great and secure, I didn’t feel that there was any risk of damage to the phone. Communication was great, I got everything I wanted. Would definitely recommend for refurbished phones, the warranty is a must have and I am really pleased with that security.

Couldn’t have been simpler to use, I never had any problems, feel that the price was fair, all good.
