Obtaining Shareholder Benefits for Carnival
I hold shares in Carnival and required evidence to obtain my Shareholder Benefit when next cruising. Having liaised with ii a week ago, I awaited a letter from them to confirm my holding. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue their end, they were unable to forward a pdf securely.
After much frustration I spoke with Chloe Broughall as time was fast running out to qualify. Chloe was most helpful and apologetic. She was aware of the issue as she was part of the ongoing message loop, so when we spoke she provided excellent, knowledgeable help, liaising with her colleagues whilst I stayed on the phone. Unfortunately, we were unable to overcome the technical issues, but by chance she asked about the reason for the document. Unbeknown to me, ii provide a direct confirmation service for shareholders, so she offered this on an escalated timescale to solve the issue. This was done quickly and confirmed accordingly.
Chloe and her colleague Thomas in IT department persevered until we got sorted. For last thing on a Friday afternoon nothing was a problem for Chloe. She was pleasant, helpful, efficient and very professional. Thank you Chloe
