Sending a parcel to Ireland to return personal belongings left behind on a visit. Required to put in a Tariff Code for Customs, but the codes generated by the Parcelforce system were not valid! Eventually got through the robot assistant to a human, who was unable to assist other than provide me with the link to the Government website. I was then able to find the correct code and sort it myself. Not impressed.
