We had John and Ria who found and assisted with our mortgage, after speaking to a mortgage advisor before them who made us lose hope we would ever get one due to adverse credit when John told us he was sure he could get us something we didn't even believe him! 3 weeks later ... we received our mortgage offer. Cannot thank John and Ria enough for allowing our dreams to come true. Ria and John was so thorough and quick to get back to us and update us about our case to ensure we felt part of the application. Went to a mortgage advisor who told us there was no possibility of a mortgage due to credit history! Then went to another who got us a DIP with vida. Vida made it an easy process and we finally got our offer of a mortgage today... It took approximately 3 weeks for an offer, Vida made our dream that seemed so far away come true - Cannot recommend them enough :-)

Ordered the bed, good delivery time and always informed. The delivery driver ACE was lovely. So polite and not in a rush to get it in, happy to help! Would order again and will be back for my daughters bed! :-)
