FB are trying to control the narrative

I am absolutely appalled at the way this platform operates. It is clear they are trying to control the narrative by silencing anyone who doesn’t fall in line with right-wing viewpoints. Instead of allowing free and open discussion, they hide behind false claims of “spamming” in order to disable accounts belonging to people with different perspectives. It is nothing more than a cowardly attempt to censor debate and manipulate what users see.

What makes this even worse is the sheer volume of foreign bots crawling all over GB, flooding discussions and skewing conversations. Ordinary users who want to engage in genuine dialogue are drowned out by coordinated bot activity, which goes unchecked. Instead of tackling the obvious interference, the platform chooses to punish legitimate users who simply don’t share their preferred outlook.

Meta is complicit in allowing this behaviour to happen. Rather than protecting users or maintaining fair standards, they appear to turn a blind eye to bots while targeting those who speak out against the prevailing bias. It is disgraceful, dishonest, and deeply damaging to trust in the platform. If I could give zero stars, I would.

NO FIT FOR PURPOSE
In advice from.the counter assistant, I paid to return an item to cover loss (I mean the loss can via Royal Mail incompetence anyway)
So this is to return a mobile phone and the cost of it was considered by the counter assistant who then sold me the cover costs for postage
If course it does get lost!! Ends up as someone's new phone more like)
I then provided all the relevant documents to claim 55 minutes on hold to speak to someone evverytiine you All them
Three months later and they send out 6 stamps!
They deliberately delay things and give out miss information in the guise of facts as for the ombudsman they are actually useless as ever OMBUDSMEN are just corporate lackies

Disgustingly inadequate ax is every ombudsman service in the UK they work for businesses

Paid for delivery service they lose the package admit responsibility.

THEN 30 MINUTES ON HOLD
Meanwhile I have to pay £36 as the package is lost AND THEY send me 8 stamps as compensation and say that'I

They get the two stars for customer services, but it would be better if it was for value and food quality
The breakfast baguette now only gets two Sausages and small they are and two pieces of Omelette!! NOT WORTH IT, And when yuu get the Hash Browns which is rare they are cold and soggy. Tip if you want hash browns order for pick up

I am currently looking for others to start legal action against this company based on issues that I and thousands have had and their failure to care or respond to customers.
Currently we have 51 people In, "England, Wales" "Scotland"and "NI",
Seperate legal systems mean three separate actions unfortunately
Please look out for details in social media and press, over the next few months to join us and teach them a lesson
IN THE MEANTIME TELL EVERYONE You KNOW HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE. AND Pressure the suppliers like Tesco and Currys

I can no longer trust your reviews it's to easy to cheat and it's very clear you allow this practice! Multiple reviews from clearly fake people? I have yet to see and "invited" bad review for a company apart from your own! So clearly that is designed for a purpose
Some reviews are so clearly fake it's obscene
Your scoring is also very questionable. For example how can a company with 53% one star reviews be 3 2 out five! The one star reviews alone don't justify that for goodness sake

REPORT THIS COMPANY to TRADING STANDARDS, details online and to MASTERCARD AND VISA THOUGH YOUR BANK (via your app) THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I bought a fastrack ticket at Birmingham airport, £4.73. that purchase automatically signed me up to a Monthly subscription of £73.00.
Total conmen and this is illegal in the UK!
When you then call them they say oh but you got multiple messages informing you (I saw none) but as it's automatic you don't get a choice anyway
They then tell me I got emails But of course as they are a con company they all went to Spam!! So I saw none of those

THIEVING CONMEN I have not reported to my bank and MasterCard
