Review of Cornwall Hamper Store
Purchased some cornish pasties Chose a delivery date but they did not arrive on the agreed date. Had an email saying the label had been printed. Waited a few day but did not arrive. The courier DPD website identified that they were awaiting the package. Wrote an email asking when I could expect the goods. Had no response. Then had an email asking me to provide feedback on service and goods. By that time had not recieved anything.

Had my two year old truck serviced. All aspects of the service were excellent. Booking, arrival, courtesy car and collection were friendly and professional. If you want an alternative to a main dealer then this is a great choice.

Review of Brayleys Cars
Purchased a brand new nissan navara nearly two years ago from nissan Westway aldershot. With the truck was two sets of keys. Put the spare set in a drawer and that's where they stayed until I locked the main keys and 5 dogs in the back of the truck!!! Thinking it would be resolved easily I retrieved the spare set from the drawer. They would not work. Eventually got access by forcing it open and retrieving the main keys and some dismayed dogs. Transpired that the spare keys given to me when I originally purchased the truck were not for that truck!!! It was a latent mistake made by Westway which only came to light when I had to use the spare keys.
Nissan Westway were not interested in me as an existing customer and wanted payment of £280 to purchase a replacement key.
Lots of communication followed. I purchased a replacement key for £207 and they did not charge me for the programming of the electronic phob. Finally got them to refund £100 which they stated was fair and equitable!!! Still £100 out of pocket.
Sadly I do not think they are customer driven and profit is the main driver at the exclusion of the customer.
Will not get my next truck from nissan Westway.

Review of Interflora UK
I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a friend to be there when she arrived home from work. The whole experience of ordering was straight forward and I was able to specify that the flowers were to be left by the front door as there would not be anybody home for receipt. I was notified by text/email that they had been delivered and a card put through the door.
I understand that the flowers were fabulous and were well wrapped and arranged. I could not have been happier with the service and the recipients response. A week later and the flowers still look fresh and there was the benefit of secondary food and instructions for their care.

Review of F.R. Jones & Son
Just purchased a stihl chainsaw. The saw is excellent and was delivered in two packages. The main driver unit in one and the bar and chain in another. The delivery system initially said both packages would be delivered on the same day. When I only got one package on the allotted day which was the Bank Holiday I emailed to get an update. Matt responded that day and said the other parcel would be delivered the following day. This was actually the case and I could not be more pleased. Thanks Matt.
The whole service was excellent and the staff kept me fully informed.
Would certainly recommend F R Jones and Son.
