Purchased some cornish pasties Chose a delivery date but they did not arrive on the agreed date. Had an email saying the label had been printed. Waited a few day but did not arrive. The courier DPD website identified that they were awaiting the package. Wrote an email asking when I could expect the goods. Had no response. Then had an email asking me to provide feedback on service and goods. By that time had not recieved anything.
