This should not be legal

Be extremely careful. Do not open the account or share details with them as they do not follow any Law or have appreciation for it. They call you / Harrase you etc. I have reported them to HMRC, so should everyone else. Company Number: 08619610

Subway - Westbrook Shopping Centre (Warrington)

Subway - Westbrook Shopping Centre (Warrington). Very rude Staff, don't know how to speak to customers. Treating people like they are not humans.

When reported to Manager, No action was taken. All she kept on doing was to apologise.

If you want to be treated like a Human Being; just don't go Subway...

Will not budge on 11pm closure

Will not budge on 11pm closure

decided not to renew my membership and opted for cancellation as the Gym would just not budget following feedback from myself and many paying members for the facility to start closing at 11pm rather than 10pm as it is currently. For working members, coming to gym at 08:00 or 08:30. it is impossible to use any gym facilities as it is busy. When things are available to use, it is too late to use other facilities like steam room and sauna.

Either have ability for people to sign up to and/or pay for what they are enforced to use due to the time limitation imposed onto them, or simply Start Listening to Feedback that Members are providing. Sorry.. "PAYING MEMBERS" are providing.

Wish David Lloyds and its members all the best.. I don't want to be a member and pay a significant amount on monthly basis where members feedback is not even listened to.

Please be very careful of the all…

Please be very careful of the all individuals in Warrington region. They book you in diary with intention of providing expert valuation of property. Ask you to fill out a form with all your personal details, than essentially ignore you, don't show up to a booked appointment etc.

I have simply reported them with evidence of emails to HMRC.

Up the price but lowed the hours we can…

Up the price but lowed the hours we can visit 6-11 was the time now it’s 6-10 took a hour off us but extra unacceptable david Lloyd… for people info in the Warrington clubs it’s £99 a month now but they don’t like that getting out

Engineer did not set up the internet…

Engineer did not set up the internet update properly. Set up the internet and did not even bother with setting up the phone line. Now the phone does not work. Spoke to someone on online chat at Talk Talk. When mentioned about the issue with the phone line, the person just closed the chat on me. Very rude, not professional at all. Close to no customer service.

Review of Halfords Autocentres

Halfords damaged my car.

Took car in for MOT at Halfords Autocenter (Warrington Knutsford-037). When collected, the boot was not latching. When i raised it to the attention of Halfords representative, the person started orientating a plastic bottle in my boot and blamed me that putting stuff in my boot has caused this.

They left me stranded in their parking lot with no option other than; get us the part and we will replace it. The person was trying to his best not to put anything through the system; as he has just done the MOT on the car and checking latch is part of it.

Really bad/doughy service.

Plus the boot latch was broken whilst the car was in care of Halfords Auto centre. Costed me £78.

1. Give you a choice to close your account in case you change your mind. You have to get in touch, and they will make you suffer, suffer and suffer until you just cant be asked anymore.

2. They will offer you cheap / free stuff in order for you to put your card details online. Post you adding your details, you are stuck. You can not delete your bank details or neither can you edit them. They are on their website for good for auto-renewals etc. They have deliberately made the control panel super confusing as well, so you can not know what you are subscribed for or what you will be charged for.

I have raised a ticket for their so called 24/7 service. No reply for a while now.

I am not even sure how this company is legally working with what they are doing.
