The goods received and the box undamaged but sadly ALL of the strawberry plants inside were either broken at the growing point or black. I planted them just in case they revived but 4 days later and they dont look any better. I will keep my fingers crossed.
Strawberry food and 3 x30 ltr tubs were on top of the plants at the bottom of the box so I guess this is why they were broken

I Have no issues with the chocolate it is lovely but the notification to say that the parcel has been delivered leaves a bit to be desired as it doesnt say to whom the parcel has been delivered. Therefore if I have sent two or three parcels to different people I have no idea who has received and who hasn't. Please can you specify

Very pleased with the Noticeboard and the Quality, wish I had considered a slightly bigger one.
If there is one issue I would bring to your attention it is that unless the door is locked (not always necessary) it will not stay shut. I would have preferred it to be either or eliminating the necessity to gain access by obtaining the key from a key holder. However, we have overcome it by putting a key on a hook at the side of the board.

The service is variable. AS long as the goods are sent to the correct depot for distribution to the customer I have had no problem other than a courier saying the goods have been left and a picture showing the insertion through a letterbox appearing on the online confirmation. The issue here is that I received no goods and I dont have a letterbox????
There is a mailbox at my gate and my doorstep is in a safe and secure place so I was a bit irritated by this action

I need to return some items I ordered but I cannot get to speak to anyone about the fact that I do not live anywhere near a Hermes collection or returns point. I am also in a village with no transport link therefore anm not able to get to a post office. Why cant I ask for Hermes to collect the parcel from my address as they are certainly able to deliver and for other companies can collect from me?? Please advise ASAP
